The Crown Method.
Deciding to invest in SEO can honestly be a bit confusing. It’s not like web design or programming where you immediately see what you paid for—it feels abstract because you’re optimizing your website to appeal to an ever-changing algorithm. Whether we are talking about traditional search engines like Google, or AI-driven platforms like Gemini and ChatGPT, getting recommended doesn't happen by accident. It requires looking under the hood of the algorithms, running rigorous tests, keeping stats in check, and making decisions based purely on good data.
The Problem - Fixed Deliverables.
SEO is abstract, it isn’t binary. It’s not a simple matter of “this works” and “this doesn’t.” It’s more like: “Based on long-running data, THIS is what SHOULD work for THIS particular fragment of optimization right now.”
Those fragments could be anything: header tags, internal linking, site architecture, page speed, backlinks, and so on. The right move depends entirely on your industry and where your specific site currently stands in the search landscape. Every website, like a plant, is an ecosystem with its own unique needs to grow.
Despite this, 85% of agencies still treat SEO like it’s binary. They sell it in fixed, “one-size-fits-all” deliverables. This creates massive problems:
You pay for unnecessary work: You often receive optimizations your site doesn’t actually need.
Decreasing utilization: Over time, the actual work required decreases, but you’re still paying the exact same monthly retainer.
The “Cookie-Cutter” trap: To maintain high margins and low prices, agencies assign a massive load of clients to a single specialist. Your business gets skimmed over, and marketing turns into a literal gamble.
See the demonstration below to understand exactly how this traditional model falls apart:

The results they can get you vary from agency to agency. As someone who worked in one of these, I’ve seen firsthand how these results fall apart. They want to keep their margins high, assign a huge load of clients to specialists (kudos to agencies who are true to their word and keep their service premium), and now your business’s SEO gets skimmed over as quickly as possible as a result. It’s just a shoot’n’pray for results on their side, crossing a line where marketing, instead of being a game of stats and data, becomes a literal gamble.
Even worse if you hired a low-cost agency because they need to assign an even larger load of clients to each one of their specialists to maintain lower prices (i.e. they work cookie-cutter jobs on volume but sell you a story about quality work and experts).

Solution: The Crown Method.
When we started Aeltris, I initially tried to do the same thing every other SEO was doing. I tried to package the service into fixed “one-size-fits-all” packages, but no matter how hard I tried to make sense of them and build a mental image of how they would work in practice, it just never made sense.
I kept seeing the same problems I described above to you. I re-packaged and re-fitted, re-packaged and re-fitted, again and again, but no. The math just didn’t add up.
At some point, after days of repeating this, second-guessing myself, and researching, it finally hit me that the simplest solution is often the best: What if we just used an hourly model?
No fixed packages. No limit to the deliverables. We do everything required to make your site rank; the only variable is the amount of highly-focused hours you receive from us.
Suddenly, those billions, trillions of possible scenarios for every website we could encounter didn’t seem like a problem at all. With the hourly model, we don’t skim over sites; we actually sit down, take a close look under the hood of the specific site in the specific industry, diagnose ALL its issues, and start working from the most critical first and moving on.
This model is fundamentally self-adaptive and saves you money. As your site’s foundation strengthens and the required scope of work lessens, we simply scale down the hours.
The Crown Method accomplishes two things mathematically:
Guarantees the best possible results: You get dedicated experts who share their hours with you, entirely un-bottlenecked by capacity.
Ensures maximum ROI: When the project scope decreases, you need fewer hours—meaning you pay less.
Once the methodology was proven, it just needed a name. After discussing it with my brother and co-founder, Andrew, we named it after our family name—Krunic (which translates to ‘Son of the Crown’ in Serbian). We lead with our name because we stand behind the work.
